Our samples are made by hand around the clock in our California headquarters. They are in EXTREMELY high demand so if you’ve ordered samples, we promise they’re on their way. Our sample shipping times do not reflect our regular, wholesale and dropship order times.
All 5×5, 6×6, 7×7 closures and full lace wigs that aren’t straight or body wave are made custom for you after placing an order. Production for custom orders is usually completed after 2-3 days.

International Orders will be shipped directly from our processing center in Asia. Most orders will arrive within 2-5 days. Rush processing is available for international orders.
Is Your Hair Really Brazilian?
All of our hair is sourced from our partners in China right now that we visit every few months – that’s how we have the photos and videos of us in factories. Until we physically stop by and inspect an Indian hair factory that is up to our standards, we aren’t comfortable relying on one for our clients’ business needs.
Our raw hair is unprocessed (to the public, this hair is branded as Eurasian Mink), 9A virgin hair is slightly processed but still great quality and is our most popular grade (this is our Pure Indian collection), 8A remy hair is processed and is the equivalent of most ‘Brazilian’ hair sold in the market today that lasts 6-12 months + with proper care (we also brand this level of quality as Brazilian).
All of our hair is steam processed to get the curl patterns, 9A & 8A hair is also lightly chemically processed.

With our WHOLESALE option, business owners are free to stock up on as many NO LABEL EXTENSIONS products as they need. Just purchase the hair on our main website – our products are already listed at wholesale prices
With our DROP SHIPPING option, business owners can order the hair they need to fill orders as they come in. This eliminates the need for you to carry any inventory – just list your products and when you get an order, sign into our wholesale hair portal and place your order.
We’ll also handle all the packaging and shipping for $2 per unit.
Do Build Websites For Your Wholesale and Drop Shipping Clients?
Our team of marketing experts in our Hair Business In A Box program offer customized site build-outs for hair brands large and small. Once our team completes customizing your site, we hand over the reigns and you’ll have full access to your site to adjust inventory, pricing and branding however you see fit.
If I Place An Order Online, Can I Pick It Up At Your Showroom?

No refunds. No exchanges.
It is against federal law to re-sell used hair, so we cannot accept any hair products that have left their original packaging or that look worn or altered in any way.
If you receive an item that is incorrect, email us photos of the unworn items within 24 hours of receipts. After we confirm a mistake was made, we’ll send you next steps on how to return your items.
Nothing sent back to us without prior written approval will be granted a refund – and any packages sent back will not be returned to the sender.
All samples are nonrefundable.
If you enter the incorrect mailing address, you need to pay an additional $10 to cover processing expenses before your order is shipped out.
Any order returned due to the customer adding the incorrect address will not be refunded or mailed back out without the customer paying the additional shipping and handling costs.
We take returns and chargebacks very seriously. If you attempt to defraud our company, expect criminal charges and a civil suit to follow. Out of the thousands of orders we’ve shipped, we have never lost a dispute.
